- Ascertaining timely filing of Tax returns/Tax Audits and strict adherence to compliance under Income Tax, VAT, Compliance with Section 80IC & 80I A & Transfer Pricing laws of I. Tax Act along with experience in tackling Income Tax Cases.
- Responsible for Accounting Management including supervision of day to day Accounting work & handling statutory books of accounts as well as financial statements including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, Accounts Payables and Receivables Statements.
- Strengthening Internal Controls System in Accounts, Inventory Management, Receivables Management, Vendors Management and Controls for reduction of Manufacturing and Administrative Overheads.
- Cost Controlling & resource optimization such as reducing the unnecessary overheads & expenses, wastage management & its reporting to the top management.
