- Should have knowledge of different business functions from Real Estate domain like Sale, CRM, Material, Engineering, Finance to resolve concerns reported by ERP system end-users.
- Provides assistance, and support services to Farvision ERP System end-users.
- Acts as a liaison between application end-users and technical support.
- Notifies ERP Vendor’s technical support of system issues.
- Assists in update of ERP system policies, procedures and business rules.
- Tests new system functionality, reports, and queries in test databases.
- Assists in the facilitation of training sessions and participates in user group meetings.
