- Delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers,
- Candidate should have experience to handle post sales activities of properties , Generate the allotment letter, agreements, payment receipts, demand letters, collection and reports.
- Handle the customer query through e-mails, calls, direct interaction.
- Candidate must have knowledge of documents in case of transfer, unit shifting, addition & deletion of applicant, possessions & registry.
- Ensuring complete Customer Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain various data reports for customer centered metrics.
- Evolve customer centric processes that create long term relationships.
- Be able to recommend industry leading practices for inclusion in our solutions and response.
